About The Role
About Kon Mostakbalak Academy Kon Mostakbalak Academy is a professional training academy focused on delivering practical and career-oriented courses in engineering, design, technology, and digital skills. As businesses across the region adopt automation and AI, we are expanding our technology training team and looking for a skilled AI & Software Automation Instructor to train students and professionals on building real, working automations. Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on instructor to teach no-code and low-code automation using n8n, together with AI integrations and AI agents. The instructor will deliver engaging, project-based sessions, prepare course materials, and help students build automations they can immediately apply at work or offer as a freelance service. Responsibilities Deliver practical training sessions on n8n automation workflows Teach how to connect apps and services through APIs, webhooks, and integrations Explain how to integrate AI models and build AI agents into automated workflows Cover data handling, error handling, authentication, and workflow reliability Prepare real-world exercises, projects, and assignments Guide students in building portfolio-ready automation projects Support students during workshops, project reviews, and Q&A sessions Keep course content current as automation and AI tools evolve Requirements
• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong hands-on experience with n8n (or similar automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or Power Automate)
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and authentication methods
• Experience integrating AI models and building AI agents into real workflows
• Working knowledge of JavaScript or Python for custom automation logic
• Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts
• Experience delivering automation projects for real businesses is preferred
