About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior QA & QC Engineer / IT Quality Assurance Lead to strengthen IT quality practices within a complex organization. The ideal candidate will combine strategic quality management expertise with hands-on experience in software testing, test automation, Agile methodologies and DevSecOps. 🎯
Key Responsibilities
✅ Define and implement IT quality policies and strategies. ✅ Prepare master test plans, test plans and test scenarios. ✅ Promote code quality, unit testing and test automation. ✅ Coordinate test preparation, execution, reporting and defect resolution. ✅ Monitor the quality of deliverables provided by external service providers. ✅ Identify non-compliance issues and follow up on corrective actions. ✅ Coach and guide test coordinators, testers and automation engineers. ✅ Define measurable quality objectives, dashboards and reports. ✅ Support continuous improvement and DevSecOps practices. 🛠️ Required Skills & Experience🔹 Strong experience in IT Quality Assurance and Quality Control. 🔹 Experience developing quality policies and strategies within large organizations. 🔹 Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevSecOps. 🔹 Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Katalon and SoapUI. 🔹 Knowledge of test planning, defect management, CI/CD and quality reporting. 🔹 Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills. 🔹 Public-sector experience is an advantage. 🎓 Certifications
• ISTQB Quality Test Lead certification.
• Agile certification.
