Job Responsibilities
• Be responsible for translating quotations and‑technical documents (manuals, specification sheets, etc.) in both Chinese and English, to guarantee accurate delivery of technical information.
• Manage the full‑cycle operation of international orders, including preparing documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists and bills of lading, coordinating customs declaration and liaising with logistics providers.
• Track cargo shipping status, communicate with freight forwarders and customers, and resolve delivery‑related issues in a timely manner.
• Administer export‑related certifications and documents to ensure compliance with import regulations of destination countries.
• Assist the sales team with quotation calculation, contract review and payment follow‑up. Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in International Trade, Logistics Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in international trade operations; prior export experience in wire, cable or electrical product industries is preferred.
• Proficient in English, familiar with mainstream international‑trade software, well‑versed in document preparation and customs‑clearing procedures.
• Meticulous, highly responsible, capable of handling multiple concurrent tasks.
