About: AniTech Limited is a CityUHK research spin-off company supported by HK Tech 300 and Cyberport. We pioneer AI-driven solutions in healthcare, utilizing advanced electroencephalogram (EEG) brainwave pattern recognition for early neurological disease screening. Our core solution provides objective assessments for conditions such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), assisting physicians in clinical decision-making and enabling large-scale community mental health screening. Job Overview: We are seeking an R&D-driven Product Manager to spearhead the continuous development, technological advancement, and clinical validation of our AI-EEG screening platform. Working closely with our core engineering and scientific teams, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex electrophysiological research, clinical trial data, and user feedback into tangible product features and system optimizations. In addition to shaping our core R&D roadmap, you will leverage your marketing and business development expertise to drive the successful commercialization and go-to-market strategy of these technological breakthroughs to healthcare providers and strategic partners. *This position is eligible for salary allowance support under the Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC) Research Talent Hub (RTH) scheme.

Key Responsibilities
• Screening Technology & R&D Product Management
• Translate clinical needs, health screening trends, and real-world user data into technical Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), R&D feature roadmaps, and UI/UX enhancements
• Coordinate with cross-functional R&D scientists, software engineers, and clinical advisors on system analysis, algorithm validation, testing, and deployment of our AI-EEG screening platform
• Analyze clinical trial and screening session data to continuously evaluate diagnostic accuracy, refine AI model performance, and optimize workflow integration
• Product Marketing & Go-To-Market (GTM) for R&D Validation

• Formulate and execute GTM strategies aimed at expanding platform adoption across medical clinics, hospitals, and community channels to gather critical user feedback and validate real-world product performance
• Leverage market adoption data to drive clinical trial design and refine product features, continuously improving the platform's overall clinical accuracy
• Develop technical marketing assets, scientific infographics, whitepapers, and presentation decks to translate complex brainwave pattern recognition data into clear clinical solutions for key healthcare stakeholders
• Strategic Partnerships & Community-Based R&D Business Development
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, NGOs, and research institutions to establish community-based R&D screening programs, fostering long-term relationships that help improve the public healthcare system
• Drive technology adoption within clinical and community networks to facilitate large-scale screening data acquisition for ongoing platform optimization and validation

• Collaborate on writing research ethics proposals, R&D grant applications, and technical reports to support funding application and reporting, clinical expansion, and institutional partnerships Job Requirement Academic & Technical

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Computer Science, or a related STEM discipline (Required for ITC RTH eligibility)
• Basic technical/domain knowledge in digital signal processing, electrophysiological data (EEG), or biomedical data analysis
• Proficiency in data visualization and design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Power BI, SPSS, or GraphPad Prism) Experience & Attributes:
• 1 to 3+ years of experience in product management, technical marketing, or business development, ideally in a HealthTech or AI startup environment
• Proven ability to prepare compelling presentations, pitch decks, and marketing content for diverse audiences
• Highly proactive self-starter comfortable in a collaborative, fast-paced startup culture. Language Proficiency:
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
