• You have at least 7 years' experience as a Cloud Engineer in a large IT environment with critical systems and networks.
• You have extensive expertise in Microsoft Azure.
• You have in-depth, practical knowledge in the following fields:
• design, development and deployment of cloud-based solutions using Azure services.
• deployment and management of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Azure Bicep (or Terraform).
• Azure data services such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Lake Storage.
• designing, deploying and maintaining Kuberenetes Platforms (rolling out deployments, using templates, hardening security via Cilium,…).
• CI/CD pipelines (Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment) using tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• implementing security best practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations within Azure environments.
• monitoring Azure resources, configuring alerts and using tools such as Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics and Application Insights to obtain information on application performance and availability.
• You are able to analyse and understand complex situations and dependencies quickly;
• You have good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• You work meticulously and rigorously and pay attention to quality and safety.
• You are fluent in English and can also express yourself in Dutch or French.
• As our systems have to remain operational 24/7, we're counting on you to be flexible and occasionally available outside normal

working hours
