Role Description: The Co-Impact Investment Partner & Strategic Leader (AgroNest) will serve as a key investor and strategic advisor, with investment participation mandatory in AgroNest for the upcoming AgroNest China entity. This role is based across China,, combining onsite collaboration with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating and structuring investment opportunities related to AgroNest’s China manufacturing, developing and implementing impact-focused investment strategies, and overseeing portfolio performance aligned with agricultural innovation and sustainability goals. The role involves collaborating with founders and senior leadership on capital allocation, financial modeling, and risk management, as well as shaping long-term growth plans and co-creating strategic partnerships with VCs, angel investors, corporate investors, and ecosystem stakeholders. The partner will also represent AgroNest in investor forums, support governance for the China entity, and ensure investments are aligned with both financial returns and measurable environmental and social impact.

Qualifications:
• Strong analytical skills to assess investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and evaluate financial and impact outcomes.
• Proven experience in investments and investment management, preferably in venture capital, private equity, or corporate investment settings.
• Expertise in finance and investment strategies, including portfolio construction, capital structuring, and risk-return optimization.
• Track record of strategic leadership and co-investment in high-growth, mission-driven businesses; experience in agri-tech, sustainability, or related sectors is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting in Hong Kong SAR, collaborating across cultures and time zones for the AgroNest China entity.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with founders, investors, and partners.
• Advanced degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience with strong results will be considered.
• Commitment to sustainable agriculture, impact investing, and long-term value creation for communities, economies, and the environment.
