China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Company” or “China State Hong Kong”) started its construction business in Hong Kong in 1979. The Company engages in building construction and civil engineering works. China State Hong Kong is among the largest construction contractors in Hong Kong, and is approved by the Works Bureau, to be on the List of Approved Contractors (Group C) for Public Works in the five major categories of building and civil engineering works, namely, “Buildings”, “Port Works”, “Roads and Drainage”, “Site Formation” and “Waterworks”.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for implement the Company’s Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) policies and ensure site safety standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements related to safety.
• Assist in site safety inspections and provide support in safety documentation works.
• Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Requirements
• Degree or above in occupational safety and health or related disciplines.
• Energetic and self-motivated, with good problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
