We are looking for an experienced Data Functional Analyst to join a multidisciplinary Agile Data team. 📍

Location:
Brussels, Belgium 📄 Contract: 3 months 🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Brussels office 💼

Experience:
Minimum 5 years in Data Functional Analysis 🇧🇪 Eligibility: Must have the right to work in Belgium 🔹

Key Responsibilities
• Gather and analyse business requirements with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Analyse business processes and operational and analytical data flows.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Design and validate conceptual and logical data models.
• Collaborate with Data Architects, Data Governance, BI Technical Leads and ICT teams.
• Ensure GDPR and data security compliance in coordination with the DPO.
• Coordinate testing of data products and support user training and adoption. 🔹 Mandatory Skills & Experience
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Functional Analysis.
• Data Warehouse modelling using the Kimball approach.
• Strong experience in data flow design and analysis.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with the Microsoft on-premises stack:
• SQL Server
• SSIS
• SSAS
• Power BI
• Active professional proficiency in all three languages: French, Dutch and English. 🔹 Nice to Have
• Previous experience as a Data Engineer.
