Tuen Mun We are looking for a high caliber professional to join the Generation Engineering Department of our Generation Business Group. The major responsibilities are as follows.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance to project personnel in use of document management automated tools. Provide subject matter advice and support to business groups in CLPP in respect to quality system development, implementation, management and continuous improvement. Keep abreast of HSEQ department technologies, techniques, and services that are available including integrating the use of newer digital systems, platforms and tools, and ensure the compatibility and accessibility of the controlled documents is maintained. Review and ensure document control policies, processes and procedures are well defined to support quality audits and internal technical reviews and align with relevant international standard document control requirement (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Perform updates to the relevant documents whenever necessary, e.g. annually, or following any significant changes. Support the establishment of culture of quality and integrity across CLPP to ensure the business groups in CLPP accept and adopt the integrated quality and system management approach, requirements and standards to ensure the integrity of the operations performed are recognised as world class standard. Identify training needs and suitable training programmes to business groups in CLPP to ensure the necessary skills are acquired for effective implementation and management of the integrated management system. Requirements A recognized Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Administration or related disciplines plus 3 years working experience in document control, within an industrial organisation, with exposure to power plant, oil and gas, and utilities. Experience in automated / digital document management systems and records management. Proven technical / engineering / HSEQ document and data management knowledge. Proficient in the application and understanding of contemporary document control principles. High capabilities in the use of document control systems and Microsoft Office suite. Competent in planning, organising and prioritising work schedules and a demonstrated ability to deliver to timelines. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 and knowledge of project management systems and processes. Good communication skill and ability to work as part of a team and individually. Self-initiated, well-organised, result-oriented, attention to details and tactful with strong sense of ethical and moral values.
