• Start Date: October/November 2026 About the Opportunity Are you an ambitious student or recent graduate looking to break into the high-stakes world of aircraft leasing, trading, finance, and private aviation? At Jet Centrum, we are launching our Global Business Management Internship for high-caliber talent. This is not a back-office administrative internship. You will directly apply your academic foundation and global business acumen to real-world multi-million-dollar deals, supporting our commercial team on the global stage. 🏢 About Jet Centrum Jet Centrum delivers end-to-end solutions for aircraft commerce and technology, serving business and private aviation clients globally. We specialize in aircraft leasing, asset management, charter brokering, and bespoke aviation software development—supporting efficient and safe aviation operations for an elite global clientele. 🎯 What You Will Do
• International Business & Strategy: Assist in evaluating cross-border regulatory frameworks and research entry strategies for emerging aviation leasing markets.
• Cross-Cultural Negotiations: Support the drafting of lease terms, LOIs, and purchase agreements alongside senior stakeholders.
• Global Marketing & Fleet Research: Help design B2B campaigns for UHNWI charter clients across APAC, EU, UK, and USA while tracking global fleet utilization and asset valuation trends.
• ESG & Sustainability: Analyze carbon-offsetting schemes and SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) compliance to help advise clients on ESG-compliant structures (ICAO NetZero alignment).
• Financial & Deal Modeling: Shadow senior analysts to build cash flow models, evaluate depreciation, and assess credit risk profiles.
• Global Brand Support: Assist in preparing pitch decks for institutional investors and help organize international aviation summits and exhibition booths.
• Charter Brokering Support: Source aircraft options, generate trip quotes, and coordinate high-end VIP logistics (custom catering, private transfers, discreet FBO clearance). 🔍 What We Look For

Education:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a BBA or MBA in Business Administration, with a strong preference for majors in Global Business, International Business, or an equivalent qualification.
• Public Speaking & Presentation: Minimum 1+ years of experience with public speaking and business presentations (e.g., proven history in university debating, business case competitions, Model UN, or student emcee roles).
• Aviation Interest: A strong, demonstrable passion for aircraft leasing, acquisition, financing trading, or private jet charter arrangement.
• Language

Skills:
Full fluency in English, plus proficiency in an Asian language (Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean preferred).
• Mobility & Authorization: Authorized to work in Hong Kong SAR (IANG visa holders and student visa holders eligible for internships are welcome) + valid documents for potential international travel. 💰
