Who are we looking for? We are looking for talented Passenger Services Agents to join our Passenger Services team at Brussels Airport. As the perfect host for our passengers, you welcome, check in and board passengers travelling with Brussels Airlines and its Lufthansa Group partner airlines. You deliver an efficient, friendly and professional service throughout the passenger journey while balancing customer satisfaction, safety, quality and operational excellence. If needed, you have the flair and resilience to make passengers abide by procedures and rules, commercially and safety wise. With your warm and caring attitude, you help create a smooth travel experience from the very first welcome until the moment passengers board their flight. And that could be you Curious what your responsibilities would look like? Host, check in and board passengers travelling with Brussels Airlines and its Lufthansa Group partner airlines at Brussels Airport. Host and accompany unaccompanied minors with the warm and caring attitude that Brussels Airlines is known for. Assist passengers using the Self Bag Drop solutions and support them throughout the check-in process. Find solutions to standard customer issues, answer questions professionally and with Brussels Airlines flair, and report unusual circumstances to the Supervisor on duty. Contribute to a safe, efficient and on-time passenger experience while ensuring compliance with operational procedures. Collect and process payments for excess or overweight baggage in accordance with the passenger's booking and applicable baggage policy. Follow all ground product, safety, security and work environment regulations, maintaining the required quality and safety standards at all times. Communicate clearly, respectfully and professionally with passengers, colleagues and all other parties involved in the check-in and boarding processes. Be attentive to passengers who may require additional assistance and provide support whenever needed. Use your commercial flair to promote and sell additional services such as last-minute upgrades, extra baggage and other ancillary products. Arrive at work on time, fully prepared and in line with company procedures and grooming standards. Your profile

You are customer-minded and motivated. You are at least 18 years old when the training starts. You are fluent in English, Dutch and French. This is mandatory. Knowledge of another language is an asset. You are flexible and happy to work according to a variable roster, including weekends and public holidays. You enjoy working in a multicultural environment and as part of a large team of motivated and passionate colleagues. You are very punctual, discreet and friendly, with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability. You demonstrate a high level of resilience and remain effective when dealing with pressure, change or challenging situations. You recover quickly from setbacks in a demanding airport environment. You are willing to wear the Brussels Airlines uniform with pride and strictly follow the applicable style guidelines, including the rule that visible tattoos on the face, head, neck and hands are not allowed. You have at least a high school diploma. For full-time employment, you have your own means of transport, as shifts may start as early as 03:00. What’s in it for you?
