Internship Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and AI Agents Who are you? You are a student who gets energy from trying out new technology, and AI agents in particular. You like to open things up, test what works and what doesn't, and explain what you found in plain language. Whether you prefer configuring and researching or building and coding, you are curious, you ask good questions, and you are not afraid to learn by doing. What will you be doing? During your internship you will work on a real topic that matters to our consultants and our clients. You choose one of two projects, based on what fits you best. Your mentor and the team are there to guide you, but you get real freedom to shape your own approach. Project 1: AI in the contact center with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement You will explore what Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement can do out of the box, and you will get hands-on with configuring and setting it up. You will investigate how its AI agents actually work in practice: case management, customer intent, quality evaluation and knowledge management. Along the way you will research where this technology creates real value for different types of customers and industries, and where it doesn't (yet). The end goal is a reusable Contact Center framework that our consultants can apply across client projects. Your research and insights won't end up in a report that nobody reads. They will directly shape how we deliver AI-driven customer experience solutions to our clients. Project 2: Build an autonomous AI agent with the Microsoft Agent Framework Autonomous AI agents are one of the fastest-moving areas in software engineering today. Microsoft has just brought its agent ecosystem together in one production-grade toolkit, the Microsoft Agent Framework, which runs on Azure AI Foundry. You will design and build an autonomous AI agent from scratch. You will connect it to real tools and data through APIs, and you will figure out how to make it reason and act reliably instead of just responding to prompts. Together with your mentor and the dev team, you will define what "good" looks like as you go.
