Their work combines cultural engagement, rich materiality, contemporary design, and strong branding and styling expertise for hospitality, F&B, and spa projects. Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead concept development and detailed design for hospitality and high-end interior projects, ensuring each space reflects a clear narrative, strong sense of place, and operational practicality. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing presentations, coordinating space planning and technical drawings, selecting FF&E, and overseeing documentation from schematic design through construction. This role collaborates closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to manage design deliverables, respond to feedback, and support project execution within budget, schedule, and sustainability goals. The Senior Interior Designer will also mentor junior designers, contribute to brand and styling direction, and support quality control across all project stages. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hong Kong SAR. Qualifications Strong expertise in Interior Design and FF&E, including concept development, material and furniture selection, and creating cohesive hospitality environments. Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture fundamentals to design functional, guest-focused layouts aligned with operational requirements. Solid experience with Construction Drawings and technical documentation, coordinating with consultants and contractors through design and build phases. Relevant tertiary qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with substantial experience in hospitality, F&B, or spa projects. Advanced skills in design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and strong visual presentation abilities. Excellent communication, client-facing, and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead design discussions and mentor junior team members. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with a commitment to sustainable design and attention to detail. Proficient in Mandarin language is a must as many of our projects are in China.
