The Foreign Correspondents’ Club, Hong Kong, is unique. It is probably the most famous press club in the world, it is housed in a beautiful and historic Central location that provides a wealth of first-class yet cost-effective dining and recreational facilities, and it is an important media hub – providing a rare neutral platform for an impressive selection of local and international speakers Job Duties Provide clerical support for the day-to-day routines; Prepare periodic HR reports and analysis (e.g. Monthly Staff List, Attendance, Leave records, etc.); Maintain & update staff records and files; Handle casual staff enrollment, onboarding & payroll process; Responsible for accurate data management; Assist in organizing staff activities; Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned. Requirements At least 1 year of relevant experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage; Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines; Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve, strong sense of commitment with "can do" attitude; Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced operations; Self-motivated, detail-minded and positive attitude towards pressure; Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Good command of both written and spoken Chinese & English; Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing); We are the equal opportunity employer.
