About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the planning and delivery of a large-scale global learning event program. This role will oversee the successful execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid learning events, working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams across multiple regions. The successful candidate will take ownership of the complete program lifecycle, ensuring events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic leader with strong event management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Event Management Lead end-to-end planning and execution of global learning events. Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Oversee virtual, hybrid, and onsite event delivery. Manage event operations and resolve issues during live delivery. Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks. Evaluate event outcomes and recommend continuous improvements. Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary operational contact for senior client stakeholders. Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with customers and internal teams. Provide regular operational updates and reporting to senior leadership. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across global and regional teams. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop Learning Administrators, Event Coordinators, and project teams. Delegate responsibilities effectively while ensuring accountability and delivery excellence. Foster a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous learning. Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development activities. Operational Excellence Improve and implement operational processes, procedures, and best practices. Drive efficiencies and innovation across program delivery. Ensure consistent, high-quality customer and learner experiences. Candidate Profile Essential Requirements Proven experience in Program Management or Project Management Experience delivering large-scale learning, training, conference, or event programs Strong experience managing virtual, hybrid, and onsite events Demonstrated people leadership and team management experience Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills Experience managing budgets, resources, timelines, and multiple workstreams Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced global environment Preferred Experience Learning & Development (L&D) program management Global event delivery experience Professional services, consulting, or training industry experience Process improvement and operational excellence initiatives Contract Details Permanent position Subject to a 3-month probationary period Primarily a remote/home-based role Regular travel required to support client event delivery and onsite operations Successful candidates will be required to complete: Enhanced DBS Check Credit Check

Working Hours
Full-time position (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday Due to the global nature of the role, flexibility around start and finish times is required Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary Travel and additional hours may be required during event delivery periods Time Off in Lieu (TOIL) will be provided where applicable Travel Requirement This role requires onsite event support, including a significant 5-week event period from July through early August, where you will lead operational delivery and support teams on-site. #Remote #APAC
