- High Voltage Infrastructure to join a major project within the Belgian energy sector. Our client is a leading Belgian organisation active in the energy and electricity transmission sector, contributing to the development, reliability and modernisation of critical electricity infrastructure in Belgium. As an ADSCALE TECH consultant, you will contribute to major high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects, working alongside experienced engineering, project and construction teams. You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial definition and technical studies through engineering, execution and project close-out. Your responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate electrical infrastructure projects from project definition through completion.
• Participate in project definition, technical studies, engineering and design activities.
• Carry out and/or coordinate technical analyses and calculations.
• Develop, monitor and manage project budgets and planning.
• Coordinate project resources, priorities and deliverables according to project requirements.
• Prepare tender and procurement documentation and participate in the purchasing process.
• Lead and coordinate site execution in collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and ensure appropriate follow-up of project activities.
• Communicate project status, risks, planning and key decisions to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure effective coordination between engineering, procurement, construction and project stakeholders.
• Contribute to the administrative and contractual close-out of projects.
• Depending on your level of experience, you may take responsibility for these activities independently or with support from experienced project teams.

Your profile
We are looking for an engineer with a strong technical background and a genuine interest in electrical infrastructure and the energy sector. Required
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong technical interest and ability to understand complex electrical infrastructure projects.
• Professional experience in project management, project coordination and/or site supervision is highly valued.
• Excellent command of French.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• High sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Assertive, pragmatic and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Solution-oriented mindset and good problem-solving skills.
• Genuine interest in the energy and electricity infrastructure sector. Nice to have
• Experience with high-voltage electrical infrastructure.
• Experience in construction or site management.
• Experience with tendering and procurement processes.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules and project resources.
• Knowledge of Dutch or another Belgian national language.
