Key responsibilities
• Develop relationships with Chinese enterprises, multinational corporations, financial institutions, and corporate Learning & Development teams.
• Identify opportunities for customized corporate academies, leadership development, and executive education programmes.
• Develop and promote open-enrolment programmes for senior executives and business leaders.
• Engage CEOs, CHROs, senior management teams, and corporate university leaders.
• Develop programme proposals and commercial opportunities aligned with client needs.
• Coordinate with ASPIRE's faculty and programme teams to develop relevant learning solutions.
• Support client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and long-term account development.
• Contribute to revenue generation and the expansion of ASPIRE's corporate education portfolio. Candidate profile
• 8+ years of relevant experience in executive education, corporate learning, management consulting, enterprise sales, or professional services.
• Strong relationships with corporate decision-makers in Shanghai or the wider Chinese market.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business opportunities and manage senior client relationships.
• Understanding of leadership development, corporate talent strategy, and customized learning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin and English.
