Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or assistant management experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel dining outlet (experience in Italian or Western cuisine.)
• Passion for Hospitality: A warm, energetic personality with a high standard for customer service and a genuine love for food and wine.
• Leadership
Skills:
Strong team-building ability, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude on the floor.
• Communication: Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Flexibility: Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by operations.
