Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in Hong Kong SAR. The Financial Advisor will provide comprehensive financial and insurance advisory services to individual and corporate clients, helping them understand and select suitable life, health, savings, and retirement solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting client needs assessments, preparing and presenting tailored financial plans, recommending appropriate insurance and investment products, and supporting clients with policy reviews and adjustments over time. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards, collaborating with internal teams and distribution partners, and participating in ongoing training and professional development. Financial Advisors are expected to build long-term relationships, proactively follow up with clients, and contribute to the overall growth and reputation of AIA in the Hong Kong SAR market.
Qualifications
• Strong Financial Planning and Financial Advisory skills to assess client needs and design comprehensive solutions.
• Solid knowledge of Finance and Investments to explain options clearly and support informed client decisions.
