As part of our Customer Experience & Design team, you will contribute to digital products and services used every day by entrepreneurs, employers, and HR professionals. You will collaborate with experienced designers, developers, and product teams, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on the user experience of our customers. What will you do?
• Design and refine user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces.
• Create screens, components, and design libraries in Figma.
• Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to bring ideas to life.
• Visualize new concepts and contribute to innovative digital solutions.
• Analyze and optimize existing user journeys and digital experiences.
• Support UX research activities and help translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Contribute to the further development of our design systems.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to elevate our digital products.

Your profile
• You are pursuing a degree in Digital Design & Development, Multimedia & Creative Technologies, Graphic and Digital Media, Crossmedia Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
• You are available for an internship of at least three months.
• You communicate fluently and professionally in Dutch and have good spoken and written command of English.
• You have a strong interest in digital products, user experience, and visual design.
• You have a keen eye for detail and a good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
• You enjoy working with Figma or similar design tools.
• You think not only about how things look, but also about how they work for the user.
• You are curious, eager to learn, and proactive.
• You enjoy collaborating in a multidisciplinary team.
