Come join us Your Mission As a Medical Analyst, you are the medical point of reference for our clients and the link between healthcare professionals, patients, and our development team. You will participate in R&D projects and lead the validation and deployment of our e-health solutions in hospitals and care organisations, train and support care teams, and make sure that field feedback shapes the evolution of our products and services. Key Responsibilities
• Project management: plan and coordinate the deployment of our telemonitoring programmes at client sites, from kick-off to go-live and follow-up.
• Medical reference: analyse medical data, contribute to the interpretation of clinical data and to the medical documentation of our solutions; create and update medical content for care pathways and therapeutic education.
• Support to healthcare professionals: act as the medical point of contact for hospitals and care organisations using our solutions, and build lasting relationships with care teams, train physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the use of our platform and its clinical workflows; answer their questions, help them get the most out of our tools, and monitor usage and satisfaction.
• Second-line patient support: handle escalated patient requests and ensure a smooth, reassuring patient experience.
• Interface with the development team: translate clinical and field needs into clear functional requirements, prioritise feedback, and take part in testing new features.
• Lead meetings with clients and partners, and write concise summary notes and activity reports; follow-up actions. Required Skills & Experience
• A higher education degree in health sciences (e.g. nursing, medicine, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, public health)
• Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, at ease with patients, healthcare professionals, and hospital decision-makers
• Strong organisational

skills:
able to plan, prioritise, and run several projects in parallel
• Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Atlassian Jira and Confluence) and ease with mobile devices (smartphone, tablet)
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, R or equivalent).
• Ability to understand and interpret medical data, and to create clear medical content for patients.
• Service-oriented, pedagogical, and autonomous, with strong writing and synthesis skills. Nice to Have
• A first experience (+/
- 2 years) in a clinical setting, HealthTech, or MedTech company
• Experience in project management or in deploying software in a hospital environment.
• Experience in writing training materials and in training adults.
• Knowledge of French.
• Familiarity with the medical device regulatory framework (MDR).
