KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Managing Director, ECC Contracts to join our Enterprise Contracting Center SLG and Commercial Contracts Team.

Responsibilities:
• Transform and execute a standardized, service-centric delivery model for the Enterprise Commercial Contracting Office (ECCO) while sustaining the operational excellence of State & Local Government (SLG), driving rapid cycle times, operational discipline, and commercial alignment
• Partner with senior leaders across audit, tax, advisory, and alliance practices to align contracting capacity with Go-to-Market activities; supporting this growth by architecting a hybrid global delivery model managed by a robust KPI/SLA framework to optimize resource allocation, accelerate velocity, and maximize cost-efficiency
• Architect and maintain a unified commercial framework—including modern policies, templates, and negotiation playbooks—and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across all business units (advisory, audit, tax) to streamline the deal lifecycle and ensure operational integrity
• Serve as the central operational liaison between practice leaders and the Office of General Counsel (OGC), translating complex legal requirements into business-friendly contracting policies and playbooks that enable strategic proposal development and accelerate commercial initiatives
• Lead and scale a high-performing, multi-tiered contracting organization, driving talent development, strategic resource allocation, and a culture of continuous improvement; lead the organizational adoption and everyday execution of advanced contracting technologies, CLM systems, and AI tools to optimize delivery, data integrity, and operational scale
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
• Minimum fifteen years (with a minimum of five years in a senior leadership capacity) of recent extensive progressive experience in SLG and commercial contracting, preferably within a Big 4 or major management consulting firm, global professional services network, leading technology provider, or global systems integrator
• Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
• Demonstrated ability to interface and negotiate at the executive-to-executive level with internal partners, practice leaders, and external clients; authoritative command of contract structures, negotiation strategies, commercial policy design, and operational quality control
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, with an exceptional ability to drive collaboration, consensus, and alignment across a global matrixed network
• Proven expertise in leading the digital transformation of the contracting function, leveraging deep knowledge of CLM and AI-enabled platforms to automate reviews, streamline workflows, and enable data-driven operational reporting
