Visiblie OS is the AI-native delivery system for marketing agencies. It packages the GEO and SEO playbooks, workflows, and white-label reports we use on real clients, and runs them in the tools agencies already use: Claude, Slack, and Notion.
Agencies can use it to sell and deliver a repeatable GEO offer under their own brand, without building the system themselves.
We have early customers and partners. What we still need to prove is which customers get lasting value, which workflows they repeatedly use, what they will pay for, and how to reach more of them consistently.
That is your job.
This is one hands-on, zero-to-one role connecting product marketing with go-to-market execution. You will help us decide who to serve, turn customer insight into positioning and an offer, and take that offer to market through outreach, demos, paid pilots, and focused campaigns.
We want someone who can both shape the story and do the commercial work: talk to customers, challenge our assumptions, create the assets, recruit paid pilots, and turn what we learn into a better product and a repeatable route to market.
The job
Work directly with the founders to discover and validate the strongest initial market for Visiblie OS—and build the positioning, messaging, and GTM motion to win it.
Start with specific agency customers and concrete delivery problems—not “every marketer who wants AI.” Help us understand where the product is genuinely useful, where it falls short, and what makes people come back and pay.
You will own the loop from customer insight to positioning, acquisition, and activation learning. Product marketing and GTM are not separate handoffs here: you will use market feedback to sharpen the story, then test that story with real buyers. The founders remain accountable for product-market fit; product development is not yours to carry alone.
The goal is not simply to fill a waitlist. It is to build evidence that the right customers buy, activate, repeatedly use the product, and want to keep it.
What you will own
Customer discovery and ICP validation
• Speak directly with prospects, early customers, active users, and people who stopped using the product.
• Observe how agencies deliver work today: their tools, bottlenecks, costs, alternatives, and buying decisions.
• Distinguish a painful, recurring problem from polite interest in AI.
• Define and test narrow ICP hypotheses: who uses the product, who buys it, what triggers the purchase, and which workflow matters first.
• Keep a clear record of evidence, objections, and unanswered questions. Recommend what to focus on—and what to stop pursuing. Product marketing: positioning, messaging, and offer
• Turn what customers actually value into a sharp narrative and a specific offer.
• Explain why Visiblie OS is worth buying instead of using Claude alone, existing automation tools, another dashboard, or manual delivery.
• Turn the positioning into customer-facing assets: website and landing-page copy, demo narratives, sales decks, outreach sequences, and practical use-case content.
• Test different messages and offers through conversations, outreach, and landing pages.
• Build proof from customer outcomes and equip the founders and partners with clear explanations, objection handling, and relevant examples.
• Work with the founders on pricing and packaging, balancing willingness to pay, delivery costs, and the support customers need.
• Keep software, enablement, and Done For You services clearly differentiated. Do not promise capabilities we cannot reliably deliver. GTM execution: paid pilots and early customer acquisition
• Recruit qualified pilot customers, including people outside the founders’ existing network.
• Own targeted outreach, qualification, demos, follow-up, and pilot conversion. Work with Gilles on complex commercial conversations.
• Test commitment through payment and real usage—not just survey answers or free signups.
• Define what a successful pilot looks like with each customer, including the workflow, expected outcome, and review point.
• Learn why customers buy, hesitate, or say no, then improve the offer accordingly. Activation, recurring value, and retention learning
• Join onboardings and watch users complete real work. Find where they get stuck and when they first experience useful value.
• Work with Domien to define and track meaningful activation and repeat usage for the core workflow.
• Separate product issues from onboarding, messaging, pricing, and customer-fit issues.
• Bring customer evidence into product prioritisation. You help decide what matters; the product team owns implementation.
• Test lightweight onboarding and enablement improvements: walkthroughs, workshops, check-ins, and practical guides.
• Collect proof from genuine outcomes. A testimonial is useful; customers continuing to use and pay is stronger evidence. GTM experiments and the path to scale
• Run focused experiments with an explicit hypothesis, audience, offer, budget, success measure, and decision date.
• Start with high-learning channels such as targeted outreach, founder-led content, and relevant partnerships. Use paid tests when they answer a specific question.
• Ship the assets yourself: copy, landing pages, demos, sequences, and simple analytics. Use AI to move faster without replacing customer contact with generated assumptions.
• Evaluate channels on qualified, activated, paying customers—not traffic alone.
• Turn the patterns that work into playbooks the team can execute. Broader launches and community programs come when they support a validated need. How we will measure success
• A sharper ICP and use case, supported by customer behaviour and commercial evidence.
• Qualified pilots that convert into paying customers.
• Customers reaching first value and returning to complete meaningful work.
• Evidence of continued willingness to pay, renewal, or expansion as cohorts mature.
• Clear positioning and consistent messaging across the website, demos, sales materials, and outreach.
• Messaging and offers that improve qualified conversion.
• Clear decisions about what to build, fix, stop, and scale. We will agree numerical targets after reviewing the baseline and typical customer workflow. We will not mistake a busy campaign calendar, a large waitlist, or one launch spike for product-market fit. You are a great fit if you
• Have helped an early-stage B2B product move from uncertain demand to paying, active customers.
• Can show what was unproven when you joined, what you tested, what changed, and what customers did afterwards.
• Combine product marketing craft—customer research, positioning, messaging, and offer design—with hands-on acquisition and commercial conversations.
• Can show customer-facing work you created yourself, such as a landing page, sales deck, demo, campaign, or case study, and explain what it helped you learn or achieve.
• Can run outreach, deliver a demo, build a landing page, and follow up without needing a large team.
• Understand activation and retention, and can work productively with a technical founder.
• Are comfortable killing your own idea when the evidence does not support it.
• Use AI tools natively and have the judgement to distinguish sharp work from generic output.
• Ideally have worked inside or sold to marketing agencies. SEO/GEO expertise is useful, but not required. You might be an early-stage product marketer who also owns pipeline and pilots, a GTM operator with strong positioning and writing skills, or a former founder who has done both. You do not need to have held both titles. The evidence matters more than the title. This is not for you if
• Your experience starts after someone else has already established the ICP, offer, and funnel.
• You measure success mainly in impressions, followers, or leads handed off without knowing what happened next.
• You want to advise from the sidelines rather than speak to customers and ship experiments.
• You assume every growth problem can be solved with more ad spend.
• You need certainty, a mature playbook, or separate specialists for every task. Why join Visiblie
• This is the founding product marketing and GTM seat for Visiblie OS, with direct access to the founders and influence on product and commercial direction.
• You will work on a product grounded in real SEO/GEO delivery, not only a conceptual AI story.
• You can shape how agencies adopt AI-native delivery and build the evidence behind our next stage of growth.
• Remote-first working, high ownership, and founding equity. Compensation and process
• $40k–$55k / year + 0.1%–2% equity.
• Trial period of 1–2 months.
• Preferred timezone: CET; collaboration hours agreed with the founders. In your application, show one zero-to-one example: the initial uncertainty, your own contribution, the experiments you ran, and the resulting customer behaviour or revenue. Include something that failed and what you learned.
