• 10–12 hours per week, with flexibility around your timetable
• Primarily remote, with occasional in-person shoots and pop-up markets in Hong Kong
• Starting as soon as possible What you’ll do
• Help plan, create and schedule Instagram Reels, carousels and Stories
• Keep the content calendar organised and help prepare posts for publishing
• Create visual assets for Meta ad campaigns
• Research content ideas and trends across jewellery, design and wellness
• Support product shoots, Shopify updates and our Christmas market season
• Assist with community engagement, including comments and messages, with guidance What I’m looking for
• Confidence using Canva and CapCut or Instagram Edits
• A strong visual eye and an interest in design, fashion or wellness
• Clear written and spoken English; Cantonese is a plus
• Someone organised, reliable and comfortable working to deadlines
• Shopify or social media analytics experience is helpful, but not required What you’ll gain You’ll work directly with the founder and get hands-on experience across content creation, ecommerce and marketing for an independent direct-to-consumer brand. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to work published on ĀARJA’s channels and build your portfolio.
