The Foreign Correspondents’ Club, Hong Kong, is unique. It is probably the most famous press club in the world, it is housed in a beautiful and historic Central location that provides a wealth of first-class yet cost-effective dining and recreational facilities, and it is an important media hub – providing a rare neutral platform for an impressive selection of local and international speakers Job Duties Ensure all standards procedure for the operation of the Club are followed Comply with food and beverage regulations Interact with members, take orders and serve snacks and drinks Assess member needs and preferences and make recommendations Present menu and provide detailed information (eg. Portions, allergies) Accurate order taking with POS system Requirements Minimum 1 year’ relevant experience in hotels/clubs Good communication skills Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude Shift duty is required Immediately available is highly preferred We are the equal opportunity employer.
