Role Description The Sales Director role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hong Kong SAR. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies for Saturn Capital’s investment products and services across the Asia-Pacific region. The Sales Director will manage key client relationships, identify new business opportunities, lead presentations and pitches, and ensure a high level of customer service throughout the sales cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, monitoring pipeline performance, collaborating with investment and marketing teams on go-to-market initiatives, and providing clear reporting and forecasting to senior leadership. The Sales Director will also coach and mentor sales team members, promote best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and client engagement. Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Business Development, including prospecting, deal negotiation, and closing within financial services or related sectors.
• Experience in Sales Operations, such as pipeline management, forecasting, and use of CRM tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Strong Customer Service orientation, with the ability to build trusted relationships and deliver responsive, solutions-focused support to institutional and high-net-worth clients.
• Proven Team Management capabilities, including leading, coaching, and developing sales professionals to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of funds management, investment products, and the Asia-Pacific financial markets landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, exercise sound judgment, and uphold high ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
