Christian Action was established in 1985 as a Hong Kong registered charitable organisation. Responsibilities To assist Department Manager / Centre in-Charge to consolidate, coordinate and develop strategic plans of Centre Coach and supervise subordinate to meet KPI for Social Welfare Department checking Monitor and review service output for all projects in Kwun Tong districts to ensure programs are in appropriate performance on quality and resources are used effectively Prepare SEN students training and learning plan and its service reports Lead the teams to develop an advanced and micro skill for SEN related clients (both parents and students) services Assist in the research and evaluation work to develop "COMMUNITY-based with other NGOs" Assist in projects and internal supervision and staff coaching All administrative duties required by the responsible projects Any ad hoc duties as required Requirements 8 year or above working experience in child care education / counselling with solid supervisory experiences Bachelor degree or above with Child Care Worker / Regietered Social Worker qualification, Psychology, Counselling or equivalent Good interpersonal and networking skill Meticulous and attentive Good communication with customer service skills Willing to serve the deprived youth and families Both School and community-based mindset SCRC and "Child Protection Online Training" both are required Our Retirement Age Is 60.
