Responsibilities:
Write and publish attractive, targeted job offers Scout for candidates through diverse channels such as LinkedIn, Stepstone and Indeed to find the best profiles that match the business needs Serve as a trusted advisor for Business Managers, collaborating closely to understand and fulfill their hiring needs Conduct job interviews Monitor the recruitment process and deliver exceptional candidate experiences Understand the world of IT and its challenges Participate in employee branding events or company communication
Your profile
Bachelor’s or master’s degree Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch First experience in recruitment is an asset Good communication, collaboration and organizational skills Solution
