Our Odoo implementations from A to Z
As Project Manager, you own one or more strategic and complex Odoo implementations from A to Z: from presales over analysis, delivery and go-live to the transition to our service organisation.
We talk about multi-module implementations delivered by project teams of five to ten business and technical consultants. You keep budget, scope, planning and risks firmly under control, and you build and manage strong relationships at C-level: you feel at ease challenging a CEO or CFO one moment and working side by side with a junior consultant the next, balancing the interests of your customer and of Dynapps.
A pure project role. As a Project Manager of these projects, you carry no hierarchical team or people management responsibilities but you do coach people in the context of your projects, so your full focus goes to project delivery.
How we work
• Go-live or go home. The go-live is the moment of truth: it works or it does not. In this role, you own that moment more than anyone.
• Close the gap. We name what does not fit instead of hiding it in a cleaner proposal. You do the same, with your customer and with us.
• Never the final version. Odoo ships a new release every year, and so do we: our methodology, our tools and our group keep evolving, and you evolve with them.
• One Dynapps. What works on your project does not stay on your project: you share it, and you build on what colleagues in five countries learned before you. What you'll take ownership of
• Project delivery: you are end-to-end responsible for strategic and complex projects: scope, planning, budget, risks and quality, from presales to transition to support. Go-live or go home: you own your projects to the finish line.
• Governance and follow-up: you set up and enforce the right governance on your projects: progress reporting, budget follow-up, scope control and well-prepared steering committees. You handle contracts, framework agreements, invoicing and correct internal and external reporting, with the pragmatism to know when goodwill matters more than procedure.
• AI in how we deliver: you use AI in your daily project work, from workshop preparation and documentation to analysis and reporting. You spot where it saves real hours on a project, you make that visible, and you pull your team along. What works on your projects, you share with the other project managers.
• Project leadership: you lead, steer and coach the business and technical consultants in your project teams on the job, not as their team lead, but as the driving force of the project.
• Stakeholder management: you are the single point of contact for your customers, you manage expectations at all levels and you provide firm, constructive pushback when needed, including on budget revisions after the analysis phase. You name what does not fit instead of hiding it.
• Commercial development: you spot up-sell and cross-sell opportunities on your own projects and for other teams, and you translate them into concrete business cases together with account management.
• Quality and process optimisation: you safeguard the quality of our deliverables, contribute to process optimisation and help shape best practices and guidelines for project management at Dynapps. Who you are
• Business acumen. You quickly grasp how organisations and their processes work, and you use that insight to steer your projects.
• Concrete, with the helicopter view. You keep the overview and the detail at the same time: you see where a project stands, and you know which decision matters this week.
• Trust and room for initiative. You give the right task to the right person, you say what you expect, and then you let people find their own way to it. You energise and pull a whole team along, especially when things get difficult.
• At ease at every level. You are as comfortable challenging a CEO as supporting a junior consultant: you adapt your language to your audience, question assumptions and create buy-in with customers, partners and colleagues.
• Loyal to both sides. You defend the interests of Dynapps firmly, while safeguarding the long-term relationship with your customer.
• Steady. You stay calm and effective under pressure, and you handle confrontation professionally. What you bring
• You hold a master's degree
• You learn fast and adapt faster. At Dynapps, nothing is the final version: our tools, our methodology and our group change from quarter to quarter. You pick up what is new, you let go of what no longer fits, and you keep your projects steady while the ground moves.
• AI is a natural part of that: you try things out of interest rather than obligation, keep what holds up in real project work, and get colleagues moving.
• You have proven yourself on several complex ERP implementations and carried real project weight: multiple modules, demanding stakeholders, substantial budgets, real deadlines and teams of several consultants. You know what it takes to keep such a project on course.
• You bridge business and IT: you describe, monitor and optimise business processes, capture business needs in high-level analyses, and discuss priorities with a CEO as easily as solutions with our developers and functional consultants.
• You are comfortable owning the numbers: budgets, estimates, budget revisions and the business case behind them.
• Experience with ERP is a must: these projects and customers run in Dutch, with English alongside. What's in it for you
• Strategic implementations, run your way. The mandate to shape them, the freedom to come up with creative solutions, and direct exposure at C-level with our largest customers. You also get a front-row seat in shaping how project management at Dynapps evolves.
• A pure project role. No team lead responsibilities
- though you naturally lead and work closely with the consultants in your project teams
- so your full focus goes to project delivery.
• A key role in a fast-growing international group with the ambition to stay Odoo's number one Gold partner.
• An informal, no-nonsense culture: short decision lines, room for initiative, and talented, driven colleagues. And plenty of variety: no two projects, customers or teams are the same.
• A flexible work schedule: two days from home, three days at the office or at your customer.
• A competitive salary package with company car and extra-legal benefits. Interested? We will invite you for an HR interview, followed by an interview with our Managing Director, an assessment by Hudson and a concrete proposal.
