About The Role
IMan Investment is hiring an Investor Relations Coordinator in Hong Kong to support LP communications, reporting logistics and relationship management for the firm. You will help ensure a polished, timely IR cadence as IMan’s global platform grows. 02 Responsibilities
• Coordinate LP reporting calendars, meeting logistics and follow-up materials
• Maintain CRM hygiene and relationship trackers for institutional contacts
• Support preparation of updates, one-pagers and meeting briefs
• Liaise with finance/operations on data needed for LP packages
• Assist with event and roadshow coordination across regions 03 Requirements
• 2–5 years in investor relations, client service, fund operations or related roles
• Excellent written English and attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills and discretion with confidential information
• Experience in Hong Kong or Asia Pacific investment environments preferred 04
