ABOUT US
Longchamp, based in Paris, is a major, optimistic and independent family house with an international reputation. Working at Longchamp means contributing to the creation and distribution of fashion and leather goods that embody fairness and beauty, born of exceptional craftsmanship. Present in more than 25 countries with a network of over 3,500 employees, Longchamp is looking for new, free spirited, creative and dedicated talents to continue its development in a demanding yet caring work environment. Our Avenue Louise Flagship Boutique sits along Brussels' most prestigious avenue, where an international clientele shops at the very heart of the city's most exclusive neighbourhood. This is a newly created position, and we are seeking a senior profile ready to shape it from the ground up: part trusted second to our Boutique Manager, part category authority for Ready-to-Wear on our flagship floor. If you are someone who leads a team with the same conviction you bring to a category you have made your own, and who wants seniority to mean real scope rather than a bigger title, this position is for you 1. A Flagship You Will Help Lead Supervise and coach the sales team daily, ensuring our brand standards hold across a demanding, high-flow floor. Deputise fully for the Boutique Manager in their absence, including direct handling of client complaints: this is a role founded on trust, not supervision. Take ownership of stock, cash operations, and back-office coordination, so the flagship runs smoothly and your colleagues remain free for their clients. 2. Ready-to-Wear, Genuinely Yours Own the flagship's Ready-to-Wear category outright: presentation, storytelling, and cross-merchandising with our leather goods, so every client leaves with a complete look. Bring a trained eye to garment fit and preparation, marking pieces accurately ahead of tailor handoff. Take charge of the visual merchandising within your own Ready-to-Wear space, windows, zoning, seasonal layout, working alongside our dedicated VM team rather than in their place. Lead seasonal Ready-to-Wear launches on the flagship floor, and build the product expertise your team will draw on. 3. What You Will Gain A staff discount on Longchamp collections. Access to a wellness and a dedicated sports apps, supporting your wellbeing alongside a vibrant retail rhythm. Team events and a genuinely collaborative floor culture. Mobility opportunities across our Benelux boutiques as your experience deepens. Upon confirmation on a permanent contract: life insurance, annual profit-sharing scheme and further benefits. 4.
Your Profile
You bring prior experience supervising or leading a retail team: this is a senior role, not a first step into management. You are fluent in French, Dutch and English. You have a genuine eye for Ready-to-Wear, fit, fabric, and how a look comes together, and you take real pride in a category that is unmistakably yours. You are energised by a newly created role with real latitude to shape it, rather than one already fully defined for you.
HOW TO APPLY
At Longchamp, we believe in embracing diversity and fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. Discrimination has no place in our culture. Ready to build a role that is genuinely your own, on one of Brussels' most prestigious avenues? Send us your CV and a short cover letter outlining your relevant experience. We look forward to welcoming you to our team
