• Reporting to Partners, plan and lead the team to execute IPO and audit engagements
• Identify irregularities/errors in the engagement review process, ensure corrective actions are followed through
• Enforce auditing standards; prepare policies, procedures and manuals in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements
• Provide valuable recommendations regarding strategic, operational and compliance areas to top management
• Involve in potential pitching engagement Requirements
• Qualified member of HKICPA or other relevant qualification
• At least 5-8 years working experience in an accounting firm, which 3 years of managerial role is required
• Familiarity with Listing rules and the regulation of IPOs or listed companies in Hong Kong
• Hands-on experience in handling IPO projects is a plus
• Willing to travel on business needs
• Good command of written and spoken of English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) Remuneration And Benefits
