About The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and creative intern to join our HR team, with a focus on talent attraction and employer branding. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, content creation, and employer brand strategy within a dynamic and supportive environment. What You’ll Be Doing
• Support the planning and execution of employer branding campaigns across social media and digital platforms
• Help create engaging content such as employee stories, videos, and blog posts to highlight our company culture
• Assist in organizing and attending career fairs, university events, and other outreach activities
• Contribute to candidate sourcing and resume screening for various roles
• Maintain and update job postings on internal and external platforms
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Conduct research on market trends and best practices in employer branding and recruitment stakeholders, team environment, and if it is a leadership or single contributor role). What We’re Looking For
• Currently pursuing a master degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with an interest in social media and storytelling
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus What You’ll Gain
