• 依據設計圖紙及模型（含 CAD、BIM）進行座標與標高計算及現場放樣；
• 使用全站儀、水準儀、GPS 等測量儀器進行現場放線、校核與複測；
• 建立並維護工地測量控制點與基準點；
• 對施工過程中的關鍵線位、標高進行復核檢查，及時發現偏差並上報處理；
• 編制及整理放線記錄、測量數據與測量報告；
• 與工程管理團隊、分判商及前線工人協調溝通，配合工程進度；
• 遵守香港工地安全守則，確保測量作業安全合規。 資歷
• 工作經驗：5–7 年相關測量／放線工作經驗；具渠務、土木工程經驗者優先。
• 學歷及證書：測量、土木工程或相關專業文憑或以上學歷；持有有效測量／放線相關證書及建造業安全訓練證書。
• 獨立工作能力：能獨立完成現場放線及數據處理，具備良好的現場判斷與問題解決能力。
• 技能：熟悉 CAD、BIM、3D 繪圖軟體者優先。
• 語言（優先條件）：能操流利粵語者更佳，便於與本地團隊及前線工人溝通。 All personal data collected will be used for recruitment purposes only.
