Experience:
Minimum 5 years of professional SAS development experience 🗣️ Languages: French and/or Dutch – fluent (spoken and written) 📄 Role Type: Contract (9 Month) 🔧
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, test and maintain SAS Base applications and data processing programs.
• Build, enhance and optimise ETL processes.
• Analyse business requirements and implement complex business rules.
• Maintain and improve existing SAS applications and batch processes.
• Perform unit testing and support integration testing.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimise application performance.
• Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, data engineers and developers. ✅ Mandatory Technical Skills
• SAS Base programming
• DATA Step, PROC SQL and SAS Macro Language
• Data Warehouse (DWH) environments
• ETL and data integration processes
• Oracle and PostgreSQL databases
• Working with Excel, XML, JSON and flat files
• SAS application maintenance, debugging and performance optimisation 👤 Ideal Candidate
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAS development and DWH experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to understand existing applications and become productive quickly.
• Autonomous, structured and comfortable working in a team.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with the ability to understand technical documentation in English. 📩 Interested?
