The trainee will support the delivery of wealth management services by assisting in financial planning, investment analysis, and portfolio review for individual and family clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Gathering and analyzing client information, preparing proposals and presentations.
• Helping to design tailored protection, savings, and investment solutions.
• The role involves working closely with experienced advisors, learning regulatory and compliance standards, and participating in training programs to build technical expertise and advisory skills. The trainee will also help maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

• Proficiency in financial planning and general finance to assess client needs and develop appropriate wealth management strategies.
• Knowledge of investments and investment management to support portfolio construction, monitoring, and performance review.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline. (IANG Visa also welcome)
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to regulatory and ethical standards.
