Projectarchitect

POLO.platform is a multidisciplinary practice for architecture, interior design, and urban planning. Position As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for one or more architectural projects, from concept through to completion. You will play a key role within the project team and act as the central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. You will:
• Manage projects autonomously while overseeing quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate collaboration with clients, engineers, and contractors.
• Organize and streamline internal communication within the project team.
• Translate concepts into concrete designs and construction documentation.
• Actively monitor construction sites and adopt a critical, solution-oriented approach.
• Combine project management responsibilities with hands-on involvement in design development and technical detailing. You will work according to the POLO methodology and take ownership of your projects, with room to contribute to and make decisions on both design and technical matters. Profile
• You are a qualified architect and have successfully completed your professional internship with the Architects' Registration Board.
• You have the ambition and capabilities to manage projects independently.
• You combine strong organizational skills with a keen design sensibility.
• You work in a structured manner and communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders.
• You are fluent in both Dutch and French (required).
• You have a solid knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
• You are proactive, critical-minded, and take responsibility for your work. Offer
