Are you passionate about building high-quality software from front to back? Do you enjoy solving complex technical challenges while working in a collaborative Agile team?
We're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who combines technical expertise with ownership and a passion for delivering great software. Together, we'll build scalable solutions that support the digital transformation of an international organization.

Work closely with Product Owners, UX designers, QA engineers, and fellow developers to deliver valuable product increments. Take ownership of the full software lifecycle—from idea to production. Build reliable CI/CD pipelines and support smooth production deployments. Develop across the full technology stack, from frontend and backend to infrastructure. Write clean, secure, and maintainable code while continuously improving quality. Contribute to Agile ceremonies and help drive continuous improvement within the team. What you'll bring We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and loves building great software. You'll bring: Several years of experience as a Software Engineer. Strong knowledge of Java, Angular and Kafka. Experience with software architecture, testing, deployment and best engineering practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different teams. Experience working in Agile environments. Nice to have Experience with Google Cloud (or the motivation to learn). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of scalable software architecture. A T-shaped mindset: deep expertise in one domain with broad technical interests. Why join us? Work on software that has a real impact within an international organization. Collaborate with experienced engineers in a modern tech environment. Take ownership from design to deployment. Plenty of room to learn, experiment and grow. A culture built on trust, autonomy and collaboration. Flexible
