• 0–1 year of relevant experience; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills—verbal and written.
• Ability to genuinely engage with diverse customers and work collaboratively within a team.
• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience a plus.
• Willingness to learn about products and brand, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in basic retail systems and applications.
• Physical ability to stand, move, and perform tasks such as bending and lifting light to moderate weights. This seasonal position offers potential for transition to regular employment and requires a proactive, positive mindset in a fast-paced retail environment.
