At a major banking group, building a Google Cloud Foundation MVP with Google Gemini as the first use case, alongside the existing AI platforms Microsoft Foundry and AWS Bedrock. Expected evolution toward an enterprise-ready solution, enabling efficient onboarding of future DevOps teams while complying with the group's standards, policies and governance requirements.

Missions:
Architecture & Platform Design
• Implement an enterprise-wide Google Cloud architecture aligned with internal guidelines, standards and policies
• Define a future-proof cloud foundation, with the adoption of Google Gemini across the organization as the first use case
• Provide recommendations on governance, security and operating models Security & Governance
• Develop and implement a threat model
• Share knowledge of and implement governance standards covering encryption, standards and policies, access management and compliance requirements
• Design security controls and integrate them into existing security processes Identity & Access Management
• Design and implement IAM architectures
• Implement an RBAC model, federated identity and least-privilege principles Operations & Monitoring
• Implement logging, monitoring and observability capabilities
• Integrate the solution with existing SIEM platforms
• Define and implement operational processes for incident management and platform operations Cloud Management & FinOps
• Define and implement an engagement model with Google similar to the operating model currently used with AWS and Azure
• Set up cost tracking, showback/chargeback and cost management processes
• Advise on cloud governance and lifecycle management Networking
• Design and implement Google Cloud network architectures Implementation
• Automate platform components using Infrastructure as Code
• Implement foundational services and security controls
• Support the migration of existing workloads to the new platform

Profil recherché
• Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform in enterprise environments
• Experience designing and implementing cloud foundations or landing zones
• Hands-on implementation experience
• Experience operationalizing enterprise cloud platforms
• Good knowledge of IAM, security, networking and cloud governance
• Knowledge of enterprise cloud architecture
• Knowledge of FinOps practices
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code
• Ability to design and implement governance, security and operating models
• Ability to integrate solutions with existing security processes and SIEM platforms
• Ability to design and implement Google Cloud network architectures
• Fluency in english is mandatory and dutch is a really strong plus
