In addition, we have set up Hong Kong’s first and only 平安五寶中心 and currently partner with legal and medical professionals to provide a comprehensive service for setting up one’s Will, Enduring Power of Attorney, Advance Medical Directive, Funeral and Burial Wishes, as well as recording one’s Life Story, ensuring seamless planning for end-of-life needs. We believe that everyone has the power to make a difference. About the Role
We are seeking a passionate team player to join our mission. You will be mainly responsible for:
• Working closely with our professional partners (mostly lawyers and doctors), providing them with logistical support to ensure a smooth experience for service users
• Invoicing service users if required and keeping track of payments
• Providing on-site document signing support and acting as an independent witness
• Gathering feedback from service users
• Reviewing regular service reports and ensuring data integrity Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• At least 2 years of work experience; relevant knowledge of the NGO sector is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English, written Chinese, and spoken Cantonese
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
