• Analyse business context, processes and stakeholder needs to identify requirements, gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Elicit, validate and document business and functional requirements, including BRDs, functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Model processes and workflows using standard techniques, including As-Is/To-Be analysis, Fit-Gap analysis and BPMN/UML-based representations.
• Support testing and change management by defining acceptance criteria, maintaining requirements traceability and contributing to UAT.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, developers and testers, while supporting risk assessment and strategic project documentation. Requirements
• Minimum 3.5 years of experience with Agile/ SAFe.
• Minimum 3.5 years of experience with BPMN.
• Minimum 3.5 years of experience with mock-up tools (Balsamiq, ...)
• Minimum 3.5 years of experience with Jira/Confluence.
• Minimum 3.5 years of experience with UML.
• Experience with requirements management tools such as Jira or GitLab, including backlog practices (epics, user stories).
• Good knowledge of information systems matters.
• Good knowledge of system to system integrations (APIs).
• Knowledge of analysis and modelling techniques, including user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, state diagrams, and entity relationship models. Languages
