• R ecent knowledge and experience in implementing and managing the entire range of Trellix products (threat preventions, application control, host firewall, DLP, drive encryption, …) on windows end-user devices and W indows / Linux servers ;
• E xperience with service delivery in a complex IT environment, following ITIL processes while maintaining high levels of system availability strong communication and coordination skills ;
• S trong root cause and problem-solving skills . Duties/role:
• Managing the lifecycle for the product under his/her area of responsibility;
• Developing and maintaining security policies, configurations, exclusions, exceptions, and security baselines;
• Supporting incident response activities, working closely with other CSU teams, and supporting the Service Desk.
