Your responsibilities include: •Collaborating directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and desired outcomes. •Translating business requirements into clear, structured User Stories, ensuring they are actionable and ready for development. •Breaking features into development steps, estimating the complexity and effort required for each component with precision. •Actively participating in Sprint Planning and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement and team alignment. •Designing, developing, and documenting robust software components, applying engineering best practices throughout the lifecycle. •Reporting progress on a weekly basis, providing transparency and enabling smooth coordination across the team.
