Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to coordinate and drive software development projects across product, engineering, QA, operations, and external stakeholders. This role requires someone who can understand business requirements, communicate clearly with technical teams, manage timelines and risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality. Proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required, including verbal and written communication, to coordinate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and international teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects at the same time, and proactively identifying blockers before they impact delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirement clarification, planning, development coordination, testing, release preparation, and post-release follow-up.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Clarify project scope, priorities, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and dependencies.
• Create and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, and progress tracking.
• Identify project risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies, and drive them toward resolution.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, progress updates, release readiness meetings, and post-launch reviews.
• Maintain clear documentation in Jira, Confluence, or other project management tools.
• Support release planning, UAT coordination, production deployment communication, and stakeholder updates.
• Assist in incident or production issue coordination by tracking action items, communication, and follow-up improvements. Requirements
• Proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is mandatory. Candidates must be able to discuss requirements, facilitate meetings, coordinate across teams, and write clear project documentation and status updates in both languages.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar role.
• Experience managing software development projects, preferably involving web, mobile app, backend, API, or platform systems.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other project management methodologies.
• Strong ability to break down requirements, track tasks, manage timelines, and control project risks.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to build alignment across different teams.
• Ability to work with incomplete or unclear information and proactively clarify requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar tools. Nice to Have
• Experience in iGaming, FinTech, Payment, Trading, SaaS, Game Platform, or high-traffic online platforms.
• Experience working on AI-related projects, such as AI-powered features, automation tools, or internal productivity tools.
• Technical understanding of APIs, data flow, system integration, backend services, admin tools, or third-party integrations.
• Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones.
• Experience with release management, incident management, or production support.
• Familiarity with analytics, back-office systems, user tracking, marketing attribution, or operational tools.
