About the job
Headquartered in Beijing, Venture is an award-winning education consultancy working with international schools and leading organisations through research, partnerships, events and best-practice sharing.
This is a hands-on internship focused on education events, stakeholder engagement, research and outreach.
What you’ll be doing
Events
• Supporting the preparation and delivery of education events
• Coordinating with speakers, attendees and partners
• Assisting with event materials, logistics and follow-up Stakeholder engagement and outreach
• Researching schools, universities and education organisations
• Building and maintaining contact lists and engagement records
• Supporting outreach to potential partners and stakeholders
• Preparing outreach materials and tracking follow-ups Research and project support
• Supporting research for Venture’s guides, reports and education-focused projects
• Organising source materials and maintaining accurate records
• Identifying relevant organisations, contacts and engagement opportunities
• Supporting wider business development and partnership projects We’re looking for someone who Has a genuine interest in education, communications or consultancy
• Pays strong attention to detail and presentation
• Communicates clearly and professionally in English; Chinese is a plus
• Is organised, responsive and comfortable working independently
• Can manage tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Is willing to take ownership from start to finish
• Brings a proactive and problem-solving mindset What would give you an edge
• A good eye for design and presentation
• Experience supporting events, webinars or external communications
• Experience with website or social media content
• Previous exposure to schools, universities, education organisations or consultancy What you’ll get from the role
• Hands-on experience working with education organisations
• Practical experience in events, partnerships, outreach and communications
• Insight into how an education consultancy develops its network and public presence
• Opportunities to build project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Regular guidance and feedback from your supervisor Reporting to: Partnership Manager Schedule: 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday Period: Minimum 3 months Compensation: RMB 50 per working day
