China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Company” or “China State Hong Kong”) started its construction business in Hong Kong in 1979. The Company engages in building construction and civil engineering works. China State Hong Kong is among the largest construction contractors in Hong Kong, and is approved by the Works Bureau, to be on the List of Approved Contractors (Group C) for Public Works in the five major categories of building and civil engineering works, namely, “Buildings”, “Port Works”, “Roads and Drainage”, “Site Formation” and “Waterworks”. BIM Co-ordinator Project: Kwu Tung North Work

Location:
Kwu Tung North Construction Site Requirements Diploma/Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent; OR Higher Diploma in Architectural Studies or equivalent; OR matching practical construction/BIM experience.. Min. 5 years construction experience (for Diploma/Cert); OR 3 years (for Higher Diploma); OR 8 years relevant construction experience. *All require min. 2 years practical BIM project experience. A CIC-certified BIM Coordinator (CCBC) with practical construction BIM project experience is accepted. Good practical knowledge of BIM software & collaborative platforms (e.g. Revit, ArchiCAD), common data environment (CDE) workflow, office applications, construction details, and computer modeling.
