• Talent Acquisition: Coordinate recruitment activities, support candidate selection and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Talent Development: Support the implementation of development initiatives, learning activities and employee growth processes.
• HR Coordination: Follow up on HR activities, maintain documentation and help ensure processes run smoothly.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify practical opportunities to improve the employee experience. 👀 Who are we looking for?
• An HR professional with approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience or a strong interest in recruitment and talent development.
• A good understanding of the Belgian employment and HR framework.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Organised, proactive, people-oriented and comfortable working autonomously.
