• Develop and improve local processes for production volume, inventory and planning-related reporting.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement standardised ways of working across relevant planning activities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• Coordinate with site teams, global functions and external stakeholders to align processes and ways of working.
• Analyse KPIs, inventory levels and deviations, providing root-cause analysis and actionable recommendations. What we expect from you:
• Relevant degree and 6+ years of experience in process engineering, industrial engineering or continuous improvement within a manufacturing setting.
• Proven track record of delivering improvement initiatives with measurable business or operational impact.
• Experience with tools such as SAP, Excel and Power BI, with the ability to work confidently with operational data.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English.
