Job Description
Solution Architect for SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors systems, advising the HR Business Relationship Manager (BRM HR) on the following topics:
• Integration with other systems (SAP Business Technology Platform – BTP).
• Extensibility of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Extensibility of SAP HCM, particularly the design of SAP Fiori applications.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM). Technical Skills and Requirements The candidate must meet the following
requirements:
Languages
• Dutch or French: C1
- Advanced proficiency.
• The other national language (French or Dutch): B2
- Upper-intermediate proficiency.
• English: C1
- Advanced proficiency in understanding, writing, and reading. Technical Experience
• Experience as a Solution Architect in SAP HCM solutions (SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM): at least 5 years.
• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP): at least 5 years.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors extensions: at least 5 years.
• Experience designing SAP Fiori applications, with a focus on user
experience:
at least 5 years.
• Experience in S/4HANA environments, particularly migration: at least 5 years.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center: at least 5 years.
• Experience configuring Identity and Access Management (IAM): at least 5 years.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors WorkZone: at least 5 years.
• Expertise in configuring SAP Fiori Launchpad: at least 5 years.
